have felt like complete dog shit the past whole week and didnt run much at all. need to start getting out of the door for a couple road races in the weeks to come. didnt know how this run was going to go but my legs felt fine and breathing was a little off. took this out fairly easy and just kept it steady from there. happy with the effort as it wasnt hard at all. time to start back up with the workouts this week.
