Notes
took this pretty steady from the start and averaged about 21mph until school street, the hills hurt a little bit but i put it in a low gear and just kept climbing. some of the hills i took going about 18-22mph. felt good to get the legs stretched out again on the bike and to feel the lungs burning. didn't drink water that much during the ride because i was focused on keeping it steady and being aerodynamic. only took a few recovery periods to get the legs cooled down and to recover the breathing. love the country roads and going to be using a route book from my old HS counselor soon!!
