3x(4x400). didnt want to go out to fast the first set so we took it a bit easier and worked our way down. tyler and i kept right together throughout the whole workout pretty much. had :60 rest in between the 1st set, :45 in the 2nd, and :30 in the 3rd. after each set we had 2:30 rest and 2:00 rest. was feeling it a bit by the last set as you can see, with this being my first hard track workout since being injured. andy said he wanted to see one in the 6's so i did what i could and ran a 69 for closing. not too bad.
