started this right when i got out of the car no warmup or anything....didnt even have my watch bc i forgot so i just used a stopwatch on my phone didnt have any stops during the run which was good and i know i had some sub 6 miles n there in the middle. felt good to get out there solely based on feel. im ready for friday tenfold now
