Notes

moved to the track today due to the time change and it getting dark quicker. after the opening quarter i knew that the workout was going to be way quicker than most mondays. built the first 2 repeats in 70 then a 74, first one felt fine then after the second one me and danny both felt it. the third one i lead and went through in 75 then a 73, that felt more comfortable then going out in a 70. andy said "know lets work the anaerobic" and go hard on this one. danny started to lead then i took it out after the 100m mark, to go through in a 65 then finishing in a 76. legs tied up a bit at the end but that is normal due to no speed work at the end of cross season.
