got almost full recovery after the warmup. put my flats on and went with it did some drills and stretches. didnt want to go too fast the first mile so i relaxed all down hill andn worked all the up hills hit the mile in around 5:45-5:50 bc i had to turn around and the two mile in 11:39, with some gas left too.
