4 hills at four lakes. took the first 2 kind of easy and the last 2 alot harder, pushing the pace for everyone following. Legs (quads) felt pretty tired and heavy, but by the time we were moving for the fartlek they loosened up a bit and allowed me to keep up with everyone.
