Notes

After the first one I think I got into 02 deprivation. Calves starting locking up around the 5th one or so. Tried working through this workout but nothing seemed to help. Elevating the legs today after class because they feel horrible. Not that great of a workout for me but I think the reason why my calves are tight is because the tempo from Monday is catching up to with those 3 huge hills.
