First Swim Lesson

50yd WU (gassed it)

Drills:

Kickboard—increase kicking speed. More kicks, higher in water.

Streamlined arms—just for breathing. Working on rotating head and keeping ear in water.

Catching(?)—Pause arm before pulling, then breathe. Tough to coordinate.

High elbows—drag fingertips along water. I favor my left side.

Touch hips

'S' shaped pull

Maybe a few other drills. Also a few lengths of no drills.

Feeling ok.
