Notes

Better this time. Focus was on breathing. Did a few laps with the kickboard, and it helped a little. Switched to the pull buoy. Started breathing every stroke to one side, then was able to go stroke and a half alternating sides. Did last lap without buoy. Had to breathe every stroke. Back end still too low in the water.
