Notes

First swim. Really tough. Initially planned to do 200 yards, but pushed myself to the full 400 yards.

1st 25 yards: Breaststroke (kinda)

2nd 25 yards: Front crawl (kinda)

I used the pull buoy for the rest (except the last lap).

Form pretty awful, but it improved slightly over the course of the swim.

Breathing is tough.

I paused after each 25 yards to rest.
