did a brick run, which is a bike to run workout. to practice running on bike legs for triathlon. felt pretty good but struggled with pace in the beginning which is normal. I think my new running form is going to make the transition much smoother since there is less focus on the quads which are always tired after the bike. i didn't even feel like i had jelly legs.
