nice easy run. legs are getting sore but they are not tired so that's good. i have 2-3 tomorrow, then a 10k +4 extra to help Kayla run her first 10. then whatever i need to break 100 i'll run on Sunday. Monday will have to be a day off. i don't want to over do it and i've noticed my feet are getting sore. i don't want to get a stress fracture now that i'm starting to make some progress.
