just wanted to get two medium miles in to keep my streak going and to break 30 for the week. Just ran and didn't even look at my watch. Went off of RPE. Never felt like i was pushing too hard or going too slow. Happy to see the paces because i thought for sure i was around 8 minute pace. My legs felt fresh which surprised me. Even though yesterdays 1/2 marathon wasn't race pace for me, it was still a 2 hour run. I figured it would have take more of a toll. Perhaps i'll feel it tomorrow.
