COMMENTS: Talked to Ernie. He said do toe touches with 6 pound weights and later 15 pound weights. 4 sets 25 each. Also go further down on hyper extensions. 4 sets 25 and hip abductors at 50 pounds. 4 sets 25 each Saw AnnaMaria, Rebecca and met Sharon tall skinny short hair brunnette.
