This was an out and back tempo run. Other than managing a negative split, nothing special happened. I was just plodding along trying to maintain momentum and keep my HR up in the right range (150-174). My HRV app indicator showed amber this morning. I hope tomorrow's indicator is not red as that is my long run of the week. (Workouts were shifted forward this week to move my low priority easy jog from Monday to Saturday when it may not happen.)
