It's been a long time since my last exertion. I missed it. I got to check out some of the newly constructed paths by the lake. This was a run/walk mix in my Merrell Trail Gloves. I used nasal breathing to set my HR high point to resume walking with the 130 bpm at the low to resume running. I finished with a couple of short quicker runs down the boat ramp. It feels good. My wife is currently fighting off a second bout of mycoplasma pneumoniae. So far, I have not caught it. This will either kick-start my fat burning engine and provide more energy to fight it or wear me out so I catch it. We'll see.
