Notes
This workout was a little different. I tried some of the techniques in John Douillard's Body, Mind, and Sport book. This workout also included very slow warm up and cool down periods, which I had not been doing. For the most part, I tried to managing my breathing and have deep, regular breathing. There were a few times when I broke pattern. There were a few slippery sections on the trail. Also, fog kept forming on my glasses that needed to be cleaned off. Though my pace is slower than the MAF walk, I think my HR is lower still.
