I bent my knees more. My calves didn't cramp this time. Yea! :) But, both achilles tightened quite a bit. Resuming walking during cool down helped. I did some stretching after and will do more over the next couple of days. This was all BF, though I carried my huaraches just in case. There is currently some storm drain construction on my street. So, I took the opportunity to walk through some rough gravel. That was tough and slow, but doable. Update: Turns out my feet ended up with a decent sized blister under the callous, on the ball of the left and heel of the right.
