I'm fighting a small cold. I ran barefoot on the treadmill. There was tightness in the right calf/achilles again, which also developed in the left. This eased after a mile, but remained a little throughout. The majority was walking. The only running was for a brief period in the second half of the first mile. The HR graph should show where that was. The remainder was walking. After the workout, I did feel I had more energy than I usually do. Perhaps this is due to the lower HR.
