This was my first workout using my Galloway run-walk-run interval timer. I eventually got the hang of it. After a brief warm up walk, I turned it on and took off running slowly. Sometime later, I checked it and was part way through the walk interval. I couldn't feel the vibration through the jeans I was wearing. So, I played with it for a bit to make sure I knew that it was supposed to indicate when the second interval started. It did. I decided the best way to be aware of the switch was to hold it so I could feel the vibration. That worked okay. There was some construction starting in the park near the street that I passed on the way out. I decided to come back on the path by the lake. It was blocked and I needed to back track and finish on the street. I guess that way is out for a while. This workout was a bit briefer than normal. Now, I need to quickly get ready for a training class that starts at 9AM.
