HR high at start, struggled to get it under 100, but not successful. Started workout at 12:00. HR gradually rose; tried to keep it under 130. Hard trying to get it lower in cool down. This was due to trying to get time and distance and still make the Mittleman/Maffetone conference call. Wore my Mizuno Wave Universe 3 with the Wright double-layer anti-blister socks again. Still got some hot spots, but not as bad as when on the indoor track.
