This was a run/walk in my Skora Form. It was shorter, but with a higher average HR. After a much briefer walk to warm up, I went for longer run intervals, letting my HR get into the mid-160s before walking. The walk intervals were much shorter also and I resumed running starting at a higher HR. I must have selected the wrong workout on my Garmin because the HR alarm went off continually once HR got over 140. Though shorter, it was nice to get some faster (for me) paces in.
