1330 ft elevation gain. Did not run at 100%. On the warm up from Keith's t to the starting line I noticed a twinge in my left calf. I spent the rest of the warm up stretching and running very litte. Could have been a mistake because after a minute or two into the race my calf felt like a rock. I looked forward to the uphill so it could losten upl. I felt OK the rest of the race but was afraid to press. I lost the lead pack when my calf turned to rock. Calf is feeling OK at best right now. Finished 6th overall but could have been better.
