Got side tracked from my scheduled workout. Ran 4x30/60 sec with NV State bound runners. Then ran 7 x 2:00 / 1:00. started out fast but lost some steam. very hot out. I then ran another 20 min or so with Eddie and Mike and then did 3 more 2:00 / 1:00. I did not feel great but not too bad overall.
