15 down a few hill repeats on the cool down

warm-up and jog recovery were a bit too long. Ran my first 8 min w/ s. Baugh and then he joined me on the last 1-2 minutes of the other two intervals. Felt pretty good... not great. Felt strong for a stretch in every interval, most of the first one.
