First real effort at doing intervals. Not sure this is the best way to record the workout. Ran 1.5k down to school gravel track. One loop is 365m.
Interval 1: 80% effort
Interval 2: 100% effort
Interval 3: 80% effort
Interval 4: 100% effort
Then ran 1.5k steady home. Should probably approach next interval workout with a bit more of a plan, but otherwise I'm happy with the effort and outcome. Moderate stitches in right side (pork pita wrap for dinner).
