Had fought off a sore throat over the previous two days - and a couple of colds over the previous month. Was doing an easy run, but happy to see sub-5:00/k pace wasn't too effortful. Stitches came on around 2k... and was still feeling remnants of cold for rest of way. No knee problems. Had eaten two turkey sausages 2 hours beforehand.
