1 mile 10 k pace 30 sec rest 800 5k pace 1 min rest repeat then .25 hard. I was rested for this and it was cooler so this was not a bad workout. Glad to get the legs turning over. Can tell I am getting in better shape. Maybe do the chili pepper race.
