progressive run. ran first mile with brian. aimed at 7 min mile for two miles then 6:40 for 2 miles then as hard as i could for two miles. should have been able to push out a little harder the last 2 miles. so a little dissapointed that each of the last 5 laps were not 5 seconds faster. but over all a very good workout. i did a good job of keeping the correct tempo and running relaxed.
