did 3 mile warm up 2 mile cool down wiht a hard 3 lap 2 lap adn 1 lap. i believe th e3 lap was 2:07 ave adn the 2 lap was about the same and the 1 lap was 1:58. went hard but not all out. felt comfortabley hard. glad to get workout over. same thing next week.
