Notes

2x3.5 with 3 min active rest. Work out went very well. Ran it alone on usual sat tempo course. Out and back slightly tougher on the out then back as far as hills. Ran with new 310xt which worked great! Tempo 6:20 goal right now and ran it ave 6:15 so pleased with results and effort level.
