ran with chris the intervals and 2 mile goal race pace. walked the 3 minutes between the intervals. a hard workout but thought a good job was done. again the worst part was my clock management skills. so i'll retrieve the info from chris and then enter it. but plan was for 1:27-1:30 first 400 and then 2:07 or a little lower the last 600. we did a pretty good job of this the first three. as we dropped 1 second each interval. 4th and 5th were pretty good also.

the 2 mile goal race pace went really well as we were trying for 1:40 per lap adn were preetty much much bang on 1:39 each lap.

the final 5 intervals went ok. chris had to bow out after the first of the final 5 so did the last 4 alone. legs were getting tired the last 2 and they were slower. 2:12 or so on the final 600 on the last two.

anyway i'll piece teh intervals in but right now need to take a break.
