Notes

ran 18 hill repeats and tempo run of 1 to 2 miles. tempo run at 6:10 pace adn hills at ?? pace. i was more concerned with form which was the purpose of the training. it seemed to help. plan initially was 32 repeats but i pulled back as it would be taxing on my right great toe adn the fascia so i decided to go conservative.
