Notes

warm up cool down and six 800's with 3 min active rest between. supposed to be 5:30 pace but was not. so was disappointed with time but maybe it is harder doing alone and around lake rather than track which gives more feedback. so it was a good workout as far as getting faster stuff in and hopefully i will respond soon. pace 5:35, 5:41, 5:46, 5:52, 5:52, 6:00. i thought i was giving equivelent effort but obviously not. this was not due to legs getting more tired throughout workout. not sure why i trailed off.
