w/u 100 f/s,100 high elbow, 100 side kick, 3x (300 of which 1st 200 free style last 100 breast stroke with 20 sec break)

300 (25 race, 75 dps) 30 sec rest, 3x(30 of which is free style last 100 breast stroke with 20 sec break) 600 cool down.

kid of tired to start this. long day at work. the last 50 on free style 200 was tougher on me lost time. need to get the endurance up on the longer sets. But this was a good workout!
