Notes

felt pretty good about this. just doing this as a training run rather than a race kind of to take the pressure off of myself. felt pretty good. ran hard but didn't push too hard so could done a little better in the mid portion but am still am a little unsure of how hard to push at times. I wanted to finish strong and not fall apart at the end which was the case so am pleased with this run. So just keep up on the tues sat harder stuff and my fitness will come back. good to see mike moore out there who ran a 1:01.
