ran today. warm up cool down. plan was for 3 1 mile grp. i was fast on the first so was doing 3 more then a slight watch mishap and my last one mile was really two miles. so a little more than i should have done but felt pretty good today. had trouble getting the exact grp as i was a little fast then a little slow and then a little fast. so will need to spend more time at this. it was not esy getting the right pace due to hills and it was quite windy so kind of got the pace with the wind then needed to go against the wind. grp#1 6:28 grp#2 6:57 grp#3 6:47 grp#4 ist half 6:42 pace then forgot to turn clock back on so was prob the same so 6:42 grp #5 6:45 did drills and 4 strides before the workout.
