1.5 mile warm up 1 mile cool down eight 1/4 recovery laps. eight 1/2 mile intervals 2:58 -3:01. most 2:59 so right on track! legs felt good. thought i could rip off the last two intervals when i was in the middle of these but i couldn't so a solid effort for my return to the track. really felt good to do a workout again. ran with troy until a fire called him away.
