got all discombobulated today so numbers are kind of screwed up. ran 1.5 mile warm up and 1 mile cooldown. ran 4 1000 meter repeats with 3 minute active rest. first 400 1:30 and then 600 in mile pace. had a hard time getting the mile pace exactly. about 5:40 each time. then 1 mile in goal marathon pace. trying for 6:40 and ran 6:35 then 4 mmore 1000 meters with same results. each 400 at 1:30 (which was easy and then 600 approx 2:07 which was tougher) happy with workout except for clock management which has always been a problem for me.
