warm up cool down with 7 mile tempo with some smaller rolling hills. 6:25 6:26 6:17 6:24 6:10 6:18 6:07 plan was for 6:20 pace adn did it. ran this alone. ran hard could have pushed harder with help. cool day today which helped. feeling in better shape past few weeks with these runs getting easier. could have kept going at this pace. stomach more than anything limiting factor. legs felt good. breathing was somewhat labored.
