Notes

2 mile warm up 4.2 mile tempo and 1.8 mile cooldown. first tempo workout in quite a while. cooler today but humid. feeling acclimated and should be able to up the tempo workouts each week. i think i am going to do them thurs mornings. tempo portion first mile was tougher museum hill second mile was #2 museum hill. mile 4 had large downhill. 6:50, 6:41, 6:24, 6:12. went well. just try to get the times down a bit. but mile 1 with the hill was tough. prob do a 5 mile tempo next week adn then 2 3 mile tempos the next week. keep mixing it up adn getting back in shape. feeling pretty good about running and the legs are doing good as well.
