ran alone on a sunday before working. right knee a little sore to satrt but that got better. did not eat before this or properly hydrate as i thought i could pop off 15 with poor set up. however i didn't account for the fact that humidity was quite bad so i was soaking wet and poorly hydrated. 10 oz of water during run. overall run went well except i was getting noticably tired 13 miles on and would have had a tough time with anything more than 17 with my poor hydration level. so eat drink more next time.
