went by time and estimated distance. felt it was prob a little faster than 7:45 as much was run at 7:30 pace but we will take it. i think i need to start pushing the sun runs a bit harder. 7:20 VERAGE OR SO. HOPEFULLY WILL START THIS NEXT WEEK.
