ran this alone today with the group. chris on sideline with lower leg painresting for ragner. overalll good workout and good clock management skills this time.
kind of floated 4 seconds either way on laps so would have liked to nail it right on a little better. 1st interval on way down the ladder was a little slow but overalll was right in the ballpark throughout.
i tolerated this workout quite well so can tell i am getting in better shape with these track intervals.
