3 times 2 mile with 5 min active recovery. well this was not my best day. i worked hard but didn't quite get the numbers i was looking for. course was a downhill for 1st half mile adn then the full second mile was uphill. this was easch of the three repeats. so first mile was pretty easy and second mile was tough. thought i would do about a 6 min first mile and 6:20 second mile. first two sets were pretty good but third set was poor. 1st set 6:05, 6:16 2nd set 6:08, 6:20, 3rd set 6:08,6:29. not sure what happened on the last one. i looked down at my watch in second mile and it was 6:40 managed to get down to 6:29 but that was a tough mile. i don't know it was windy and second miles were uphill. so not a horrible workout.
