2 mile warm up 4 mile tempo 2 mile cooldown. Legs felt very good with this run. they felt strong. ran cedar lake trail which crossed roads so prob 1 interruption per mile of the tempo. 5 sec. trails in good shape a little loose snow to slog through occaisionally but not enough to really slow me down. felt good about run without the cars was approx 6:30 alone. so am getting back in shape. hopefully will keep getting faster quickly.
