(25 with 1 breath 200, 25x2 with 1 breath, 200, 25X3 with 1-2 breath, 200) x3 first free, second with fins, third with paddle 200 breaststroke cool down. challenging workout but good. i took longer rests than intended but Bill said that was ok. 30 sec between each item instead of probably 10.
