Ladder workout 800 1200 1600 1600 1200 800 400 600 800 300 100. Tempo of 6:15 with a lot of wind so we had to work at it 800 300 and 100 at interval. 800 5:42 pace. Ran with Shawn and Pete. Good pair to work with today. Shawn was running strong today. Pushing pace a bit. I was tired so needed this.
