8 800s with 3 min active rest. Ran eacH one at 5:44 to 5:46 pace. Plan was 5:50 so just a bit under. Felt under control with a good workout. Ran alone. Prob could have pushed for 5:40 pace and completed workout I think. Would have been close to my limit. In the old days we would do the workout consecutive weeks so could push a little harder the second week.
